Our cancellation terms apply identically to both Full Day Safari and Half Day Safari bookings:
Cancelled More Than 14 Days Prior to Arrival
90% of Total Booking Value Refunded
A non refundable 10% processing fee is withheld.
Cancelled Less Than 14 Days Prior to Arrival
NO REFUND (0%)
Reservations cancelled within 14 days of travel cannot be refunded due to driver & jeep allocation commitments.
No Show / Non Arrival
NO REFUND (0%)
Failure to arrive at the designated pickup time without prior notice results in forfeiture of full booking amount.
Note on Park Closures: If Kumana National Park is officially closed by the Department of Wildlife Conservation due to extreme adverse weather, guests will be offered 100% free date rescheduling or full refund options.
