• Only your first name (for driver greeting and attendance verification) and your hotel pickup spot are shared with your assigned licensed driver-guide to complete morning and afternoon pickups.

We share only the operational details necessary to fulfill your expedition (such as traveler name, safari date, headcount, and hotel pickup location) with our assigned local safari driver-guide and the Department of Wildlife Conservation (DWC) officers at the Okanda Park entrance gate for official park permits.
